POPMADETerms of Service

These terms cover your use of popmade.ai and any order you place with PopMade ("we", "us"). By placing an order or subscribing, you agree to them.
1. What we make
You send a photo of your product. We produce a short, TV-style product video using AI generation tools, then a person reviews it before delivery. Each clip is about 10 seconds, vertical format, unless the order page says otherwise.
2. Payments
We send you an invoice with a secure payment link (currently PayPal). Prices are in US dollars. Production starts once payment is received.
3. Subscriptions
- Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel.
- Each plan includes a set number of clips per billing month. Unused clips roll over for one month, then expire.
- Clips have no cash value and can't be transferred.
- You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid month.
4. Your photos
- Only send photos and products you own or have permission to use, including any logos and trademarks on the packaging.
- You give us a limited permission to use your photo only to make and deliver your order.
- We may refuse any order, for example products that are illegal, unsafe, adult, weapons, tobacco or vaping, medicines that make health claims, or anything that copies another brand.
- We never generate sexual, explicit or sexually suggestive (NSFW) content, face swaps or deepfakes. Full rules: Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Your video
- Once paid, you can use the delivered video for your own brand: organic posts, websites and paid ads, worldwide, with no time limit.
- Using the video for a client brand (agency or freelance work) needs client-use rights, which cost +40% of the package price.
- You may not resell the video as stock footage or claim it shows a real-world filming that didn't happen in a misleading way.
- We may show your video as a sample of our work only if you say yes. You can say no at any time.
6. About AI output
PopMade is an independent product built on third-party AI models, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any AI model provider. Videos are made with AI. Small details, like fine label text, can come out differently from your real packaging. Please check your video before using it in ads, and make sure your ad follows the rules of the platform you run it on. Product claims in your ads are your responsibility.
7. Delivery and remakes
Orders arrive within 48 hours of payment. This is a target, not a guarantee. One round of small tweaks is included; free remakes for technical problems, and refunds, and refunds follow our Refund Policy.
8. Limits
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We aren't responsible for indirect losses, like lost sales or ad spend.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters for active subscriptions, we will email you before it applies.
